You have an appointed time

For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.

The bible talks of the number of times that God thinks of us as comparable to the number of grains of sand in the world.

It's limited but you get the idea.

If the oldest person that you knew what born with one purpose and that one purpose was to design today for you it would not capture it. If that one person spent their entire lives studying you, your friends, your day to day it would not be enough.

They would need to know all of your possible future interactions.

They would need to hear every prayer said for you and by you.

This scripture is how we are to hope expectantly on God's word.

Do you think nothing would happen differently if you memorized the passages most applicable to you? Do you think that if you recited it and told your Father that you trust and believe that He would not respond?

You cannot speed up all of the intentions and plans of God for you but what about the ones that are dependent on you? What about the ones that fall in to the category of "Whatever you ask"? What about the "According to your faith" and "Your faith healed you" and "Faith comes by hearing the word of God"?
